This page has little useful content and people may wonder why it's here. But surely you're a consummate wine taster, an accomplished cook and a prolific restuarant critic? No, but I fully intend to be in the future. This page will be ready and waiting for my future food and drink expertise. But you've got some interesting photos, right? Yes, of course! See below. Not very many, but a few.
How about all your pics from dinners and drinks parties with drunken university principals, politicians, friends, colleagues and random strangers, can we see those too? No, certainly not! People portrayed would not likely appreciate such pictures being published on the internet. Besides, I'm in most of them too.
So, here are some photos of recent appetite-satisfying moments that will make your mouth water just to look at:

Tea and biscuits on the streets of Calcutta, utilising goat milk and bizzare little clay cups which are made by hand and ritually smashed on the ground after use.

Manaeesh flat bread being freshly baked at an impressive Palestinian restuarant in Jordan, where visitors to the vast and exciting kitchen are most welcome.

Shish kebab sandwich in Turkey, truly outstanding and ultra-cheap.

Street bar in Rio de Janeiro serving fruit juices, sandwiches, fast food and alcohol.

UAE style chicken biryani in the Al-Arsah Souq, Sharjah, served with Pepsi, almonds, curried potato, and a plate of big green leaves.

Los Angeles is home to many great freshly-made burger joints and they don't mess around with 'rabbit food' (lettuce, tomato etc).
Order a burger and fries, and what you see is what you get. Yum yum!

Greek island chicken dish, absolutely fantastic apart from it being served, bizarrely, on a well-used
bread board. From the left is salted pitta bread, baked potato slices, chicken
kebab and a whole bunch of onion and stuff.
